Our standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional transit time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen factors.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Free shipping may be offered during promotional events or on qualifying orders.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. VULUCI is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If a package is returned due to inaccurate information, redelivery charges may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, every order can be tracked using the courier partner’s tracking link. Customers are encouraged to monitor shipments for timely delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, you must inform VULUCI Customer Care within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will investigate and assist with a replacement or resolution.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply for redelivery.
